"The day you love me"
My friends make me think a lot... and between the last Thursday and Saturday two male friends have made me think about the love. I've never written a blog on this topic. But I must admit that love is also powerful to manage change ... Ok .. I go ...!!
Love is indeed a wonderful thing. But it is something that we should be certain about, least we spend many sleepless nights in deep thoughts and confusion. Sadly, determining the veracity of love is not always easy. Sometimes, a deep infatuation is equated with the same.
It is a very common question, "How can I tell I'm in love?", but it is not an easy question to answer. What feels like love to one person may be nothing more than attraction to another. Some people fall in and out of love quickly and often while others are never really in love as much as they are in lust. This can get confusing when you are a teen because romantic love is a relatively new concept for you and you don't know what to expect. You are overwhelmed with all sorts of new feelings and social pressures. They are confusing. What is love? What makes you want a romantic relationship with one person and not another? How does your heart choose a partner? Why does love end? These questions can't be easily answered.
One of the most confusing quasi-love feelings is lust. Lust is a very powerful, very intense feeling of physical attraction toward another person. Lust is mainly sexual in nature - the attraction is superficial based on instant chemistry rather than genuine caring. Usually we lust after people we do not know well, people we still feel comfortable fantasizing about. It is very common for people to confuse lust for love. But why? What is it about lust and love that make them so easy to mix up? If lust is all about sex, how can a relationship without sex be about lust? Teens struggle with this because they see lust in the Biblical sense, but lust isn't that sinister. Lust is about physical attraction and acting ONLY on physical attraction. Love is about much more than that. Yet many teens (and to be fair, many adults) confuse an intense attraction for some sort if divine love. For teens, since feelings of attraction are still new and since pop-culture sells sex and love as one package, it is very easy to get the two mixed up.
Lust is clearly not love. Love is based on more than just physical attraction. Sure, attraction is a factor, but love goes deeper than that. Love is based on caring, friendship, commitment and trust. When you are in love it is as if you have your best most trusted friend at your side AND you feel physically attracted to them. It is the best of both worlds! Love is a shared feeling between two people who have a vested interest in one anothers happiness. Love is not about jealousy. It is not about conflict. It is not about testing. Love is a positive feeling. If it is tainted by mistrust, jealousy, insecurity or spitefulness it is not really love but merely a pale copy. Love is the total surrender of your heart to another person with the security of knowing they will treat it better than you will. Love should feel good. It should not feel bad. Love should make you want to be a better person, it should not lead you to do something self destructive. Love is not demanding of your spirit but lifts it and makes it glow.
Love is a good thing. Anything less is lust, deep friendship or attraction. So the sappiness aside, the question remains, how can you tell you are in love?
Lust is a product of physical attraction. It corresponds to sex and outer appearance. True love encompasses the whole of a person. Even when your partner gains weight, goes gray or becomes poor as a pauper, your love doesn't dry up. Love often deepens with time, rather than dissipates.
Infatuation is a nonsensical and typically short-term emotional high that causes a person to obsess about someone else. Left unchecked, it can lead to the unhealthy -- and even criminal -- act of stalking. Emotional surges are great but they are just that -- peaks that aren't sustainable and are, at their worst, one-sided. True love is mutual and lasting. Both sides of the relationship should be equally love-struck for it to blossom.
How do you know when you're in love?
Sometimes the signs of love are unmistakable.
•You think and talk about each other constantly. When you're apart, you're dissecting the last conversation, both in your head and to family and friends.
•You're smitten. Work, friends, family and hobbies take a backseat to your newfound partner.
•You're a communication addict, constantly awaiting his next call, text or e-mail.
•You find no faults. Your mate seems perfect through the blurred goggles of love. All the habits that would annoy you in anyone else seem quirky in your lover.
•You feel her pain. The idea of your love feeling pain makes your heart hurt.
•Your conversations never cease. Talking to your partner is effortless because you have so much in common.
And … now I’d like to know … more ideas about love?
Please, I love to read the comments!

Steps to More Courage
In ordinary life, we tend to live in our own little area of comfort. Often referred to as our "comfort zone", this is the safety barrier that we build around ourselves to protect us from feelings of hurt, upset and a desire to react defensively. Every day, it helps to take a step outside this comfort zone to extend our limits and explore more life. Healthy challenges help us to build courage and strength!
Valor is a gift. Those having it never know for sure if they have it till the test comes. And those having it in one test never know for sure if they will have it when the next test comes. From Carl Sandburg
Do you dream of great achievements - if only you had the courage to take the risk of going after what you want? Would you like to be the dashing hero(ine) who rescues the helpless child from the fire - if only you had the courage to risk your own skin? Would you like to stand up to bullies, defend truth and honour, and be immune to peer pressure that conflicts with your values - if only you had the courage to risk being ridiculed, beaten up, or excluded?
Courage is the internal strength that empowers you to continue on the path you have chosen, no matter how afraid you are. In order to have courage, you must value something more highly than your own comfort and security. Courageous people dare to take risks for the sake of their ideals, their hopes, and their loved ones, knowing that they may fail, but clinging to the conviction that success is not only possible, but probable. Courage requires a certain optimism, a belief that more often not, a gamble made for the right reason will pay off.
Courage is socially contagious. It helps to hang out with courageous people, learn from them, and adopt them as role models. Imagine yourself in their skin, acting in courageous ways. Visualize yourself behaving courageously, and find ways to turn that visualization into reality.
Some ideas that you can practice:
1. Take a stand for greatness. Like many important things in life, creating a wow experience begins with making a commitment. You must resolve in your own heart that you will not sell-out or settle. This isn’t necessary for every project, of course. But when you decide that the dream warrants it, you have to take a stand and play full-out.
2. Connect with the original vision. King Solomon once said, “Without vision the people perish” This is also true for wow. Before it exists, it is only an idea. The only place it exists is inside your head. Sometimes, you just have to close your eyes and once again become present to what it is that you are trying to create.
3. Remind yourself what is at stake. I have found that the best way to do this is to ask, “Why is this so important?” When I was writing my first book, I had a list of seven reasons why I needed to write the book. I reviewed it every morning before I began writing. It gave the project an almost epic significance, but it kept me going when I wanted to quit.
4. Listen to your heart. Most of us have spent a lifetime ignoring—or even suppressing—our intuition. I don’t know if this is a product of modern rationalism or American pragmatism. Regardless, I believe intuition is “the map to buried treasure.” It is not infallible but neither is our reason. And, it can point us in the right direction. We need to pay attention to this inner voice.
5. Speak up. This is he crucial step. You must give voice to your heart and go on the record. If you don’t, who will? You may be the original dream’s last best chance of staying alive. Most people will happily give in, give up, and move on. Most people have more to do than they can get done, so they are reluctant to go through one more iteration to get it right. But if they don’t, they will never get to wow! This is why you can’t afford to remain silent.
6. Be stubborn. This is perhaps the toughest part of all. We all want to be liked. We don’t want to be “high-maintenance” or unreasonable. But think back on your own history. Aren’t the people you respect the most also the ones who demanded the most from you? You may not have fully appreciated it at the time, but, looking back, their stubborn refusal to settle is what made the difference.
Look, mediocrity is natural. You don’t have to do anything to drift there. It just happens. But if you want to create truly wow experiences, then it is going to require courage. Are you willing to be brave?
Enjoy your Sunday, and I hope t oread your comments!

Miedo a estar solo.
No te liaré.

Tengo miedo. Me siento amenazado.
Consultémonos a nosotros mismos.
Seamos felices, gestionemos nuestro ego.
"Every time we hear more, listen less: Be Happy & Forget our Ego".
Every time we hear more, listen less. When discussing not let your hearts away, do not say words that distance themselves more. There will come a day when the distance is great and you will not find the way back.
To analyze the breakdown of an intimate relationship is a daunting task. Is it worth the effort? No one can answer this except the person caught up in such a circumstance. Even then, no one can be sure if their efforts will give them a better understanding of this complex dynamics. By delving into the connections that people have in their relationships, more mysteries than truth expose themselves. We start to realise the many different lines of communication that are available to each partner. Which ones are used and the manner in which they are used are open to each individual and hence the complexity. There is no formula to predict how a relationship may turn out. But certain truths did present themselves to me.
We all have an ego, and contrary to popular perception, your ego is beneficial to your success, both personally and professionally. Your ego is part of your neuro-physiological system. It helps protect your self-image and self-worth, and it helps create your self-concept. Sometimes, though, your ego can get in the way, and when that happens, the concern you have for yourself overrides what actually may be happening in reality.
Whenever you feel threatened (“Jaume is trying to take my job”), blame (“Bárbara said the customer didn’t buy because of me”), shame (“The boss knows I fudged the report”), or embarrassment (“The entire company heard that I lost the big sale”), your ego kicks in and keeps you from clearly understanding reality. In other words, the ego makes up its own reality in response to the “ego arrows” people shoot your way. This false “ego reality” closes you off to the true situation and causes you to go into a defensive mode, ultimately hindering your success.
Realize that whenever the ego is in charge, it’s only telling half the story—the story as you currently view it—not the whole story that takes into account other people’s perceptions and the facts behind the matter. Because life is complex and people are constantly shooting ego arrows at you, your job is to realize when your ego defense is in play. Acknowledge that your ego is simply trying to protect you, but that at the same time it’s blocking off reality. And when that happens, you’re figuratively crippled because you’re unable to understand how you fit into the world.
So the concept of “not letting your ego get in the way” is not about eliminating the ego; rather, it’s about honoring and valuing the ego position, because ultimately the ego is there to help you and guide you. The key, however, is not letting your ego stand in the way of your success simply because you feel fear, threat, or embarrassment. Take into consideration that such feelings are appropriate, but they’re not the whole story.
The ego interprets the information presented to it by the senses and cognitively assesses them and through the mind, produces thought. These thoughts are then transformed, by the ego, into emotions. Emotions are the body’s response to thoughts. Our emotions arise out of these thoughts.
When you become aware of your ego response you can immediately change your reaction to the situation and keep your ego from halting your success. In other words, the moment you can say to yourself, “Yes, I feel overwhelmed. I feel afraid. I feel threatened. I feel embarrassed,” is when you become open to the whole story and can react according to the true reality, not according to your ego’s reality.
So how can you keep your ego in check at all times? When you first notice that you feel fear, threat, or embarrassment, ask yourself the following three questions.
1. Is this the way it really is, or is this my response to it? Check in with yourself. Take a time-out to assess whether what you perceive is true, or if you’re simply reacting to someone who “pushed one of your buttons.” Failure to check in with yourself could ultimately interfere with your career, your relationships, your team members, and your success. Realize that the ego response can get in the way of that big promotion or that dream job you’ve been striving for. When those who make the promotion or hiring decisions see that you don’t have a hold on your ego and that you let others push your buttons, they assume you’re not mature enough to hold a position that’s going to create more fear, threat, and embarrassment. As a result, you could get stymied in your career because of your ego. Therefore, check in with yourself often.
2. Why does this affect me so much? Check outside of yourself. Be as objective as possible and forget about your own feelings for a moment so you can uncover why the current situation is triggering an ego response. If possible, completely remove yourself from the situation so you can have some quiet time to think things through. This is critical, because the brain has two roads, so to speak—the low road and the high road. It takes 15 microseconds to access the low road and 100 microseconds to access the high road. That may not seem like a lot of time, but it’s long enough for you to catch yourself before you respond. The goal is that rather than your reaction being completely unconscious and going straight to the low road, which triggers defensiveness, that you can catch yourself and send your response to the high road, which triggers emotional intelligence and enables you to have a chance of overcoming the situation in a productive manner.
3. If I feel this way, do others feel this way? Check around to make sure you’re not the only one caught up in the situation. If others are feeling the same as you, then you need to talk about the situation so no one overreacts. You could simply say to someone involved in the situation, “This is very embarrassing (or threatening or scary) to me. Are you feeling the same way?” While it’s normal for you to want to feel whole and protected (which is the ego’s job), don’t let the ego write the entire story. The ego’s role is to keep you safe and motivated to do certain things, but when you’re working with others, it’s not okay to pretend that your current way of feeling is the only emotional state possible. That’s why you need to check around, and if appropriate, change the reference from self to others. Confirm what’s going on inside of you by looking outside.
Take Control Today: Keeping your ego from getting in your way is essentially a process of becoming more aware of what triggers you. As with any process, it takes time to master; therefore, you might find it beneficial to work with a coach who is trained in adult development. Rest assured, though, that you can make great strides on your own by simply asking yourself the three key questions discussed whenever you feel fear, threat, or embarrassment coming on. The more you can control your ego rather than have it control you, the more successful you’ll be in all areas of your life.
My search for answers led me to see that the ego causes most of man’s problems in dealing with one another. When we dispense with the ego our true nature is brought forth. We may give up our ego to be happy again.
Be Happy – Forget Your Ego.

Intuitive Intelligence ... what's this ?
Intuitive Intelligence is not a new definition of intelligence, nor is it a measure of intelligence, it is rather a way of understanding and making conscious some of the information that we already have and mobilizing it to help us achieve our business and personal goals.
Intuitive Intelligence has four key tenets that can help shape a novel business approach focusing on innovation to drive sustainable growth and overcome the specific challenges of the new economy. The four tenets are:
1. Thinking Holistically: The ability to conceptualize and focus on 360° value rather than exclusively on profit
2. Thinking Paradoxically: The ability to understand and accept that the most efficient route to one’s goals may not be linear and may appear completely illogical
3. Listening for the Unusual: The ability to notice the unusual or the irrational at the same time that you listen with an ear that analyzes and evaluates
4. Leading by Influence: The ability to relinquish control from the perspective of a traditional, hierarchical type of leadership and instead inspire autonomy and ownership of shared goals in your team
In personal terms, we could distinguish three types of intelligence:
1. Instinct. This is now thought to be inherited intelligence unique to a particular species. Like a hard disc with information on it before it leaves the factory. For example, a bird knows to sing a certain song, and a dog knows to growl when angry. Humans instinctively know to suckle when infants. Children (and adults) are instinctive afraid of spiders and snakes unless taught otherwise. Many adults will jump with fright when startled by a big spider, followed by embarrassment because they know the spider is harmless.
2. Intuitive Intelligence. Intuitive intelligence is the ability to learn complex skills and solve problems on a subconscious basis; for example, a child learning to speak without learning the rules of grammar. The rules of grammar actually were learned, but the child cannot tell you want they are. This type of intelligence is particularly powerful at picking up patterns in a seemingly chaotic situation. When the right answer to a complex problem pops into your head but you can't figure out how you came up with it, it's probably the product of your intuition. Important: Intuitive intelligence is better at solving certain types of complex problem than our conscience, sensory intelligence.
3. Sensory Intelligence. As described by Jung, sensory intelligence is our ability to think logically and to learn new facts in our world. As children grow up, their ability to learn intuitively appears to decrease as their ability to think methodically and logically increases.
Everyone people possess all three types of intelligence. Sensory intelligence is what we normally think of as intelligence because it is conscience thinking, while the other two types are more mysterious and subsequently discounted. Intuitive intelligence is used to identify relationships and concepts while sensory intelligence is used in remembering details and linear thinking.
