Why walk if you can fly?

Hello everyone,

September is a special month for me. It's like going back to start the year. And for that reason, I wanted to share the last days of August with you through two women.

Isha and Veronica Andrés ... two great inspirations to me.

The first video is about Isha. Isha was born on May 1, in the year 1962 in Melbourne, Australia. She's a spiritual teacher who has gained popularity in Latin America. Isha is the creator of the system, a system of self-healing and consciousness expansion.

Isha was raised by adoptive parents in Australia. After a successful career training racehorses, she became a professional singer before she left everything to devote himself to his spiritual quest.

After Isha achieve spiritual enlightenment traveled to Venezuela, bringing his teachings for the first time to South America, where his teachings were spread with great popularity

Isha Isha Foundation directs Educating for Peace, through which aid to marginalized populations. She has held events in the prisons of Mexico, where the Penitentiary System of the City has recognized changes in the inmates, such as increased "cooperation and peace among inmates, helping in their rehabilitation." The Foundation's headquarters is located in Uruguay.

And now I want to introduce you to Veronica Andrés:

Verónica de Andrés is an educator, coach, international speaker and author specialized in human development.

She has a "Master in Education with Distinction" from Oxford Brookes University, England.

Council's Executive Member of the International Self-Esteem. In 2006, Veronica received the appointment of Dame of Grace of the Order of St John of Malta, "the merit of her outstanding work in awareness education on a global scale."

She has worked in the five continents and found that universal love is the answer to overcome fear and build trust total

Isha teaches that happiness and freedom doesn't depend on external circumstances, but internal ones. "We have it all and become prisoners of our fears and our limitations," she says. She doesn't teaches a philosophy or belief system and their system is based solely on personal experience.

And Veronica helps people to build self-esteem, using their emotional intelligence, learn effectively and achieve their dreams.

Great women. Incredible mission in the life.

I like both because although the style of helping others is different, but the best is each one has found a special way to make people connect with themselves and they can discover the path of personal happiness through self-discovery.

I hope you enjoy the videos of them my friends ...

Until the next blog ... and have nice week for all !

"Because I'm worth it"

Hello bloggers, how are you?

Before I go on vacation I'd like to share this video with you and then do some thinking ....

Some lines ...

"No pain, no gain" as the saying goes. What lets people to take risks and profit from that while most others are held back? The answer is: their levels of self confidence – they may make people risk, fight and lead others without any regard of failure. Remove it from someone, and all is left is a human wreck.

Be Confident: the only way to do it

Confidence is not just another asset. In today's world, self confidence is a basis of your survival; both at work and at home. A good job requires being good at the interview. Forcing a raise can work only if you are confident enough. Self confidence gets all the attention. This in turn brings acceptance love, peace and energy. The energy makes you a good worker and even better human. And this, in turn, causes your confidence to grow even more. Get to this upward spiral and watch how you entire life changes!

What is Self-Confidence?

Two main things contribute to self-confidence: self-efficacy and self-esteem.

We gain a sense of self-efficacy when we see ourselves (and others similar to ourselves) mastering skills and achieving goals that matter in those skill areas. This is the confidence that, if we learn and work hard in a particular area, we'll succeed; and it's this type of confidence that leads people to accept difficult challenges, and persist in the face of setbacks.

This overlaps with the idea of self-esteem, which is a more general sense that we can cope with what's going on in our lives, and that we have a right to be happy. Partly, this comes from a feeling that the people around us approve of us, which we may or may not be able to control. However, it also comes from the sense that we are behaving virtuously, that we're competent at what we do, and that we can compete successfully when we put our minds to it.

Some people believe that self-confidence can be built with affirmations and positive thinking. At Mind Tools, we believe that there's some truth in this, but that it's just as important to build self-confidence by setting and achieving goals – thereby building competence. Without this underlying competence, you don't have self-confidence: you have shallow over-confidence, with all of the issues, upset and failure that this brings.

Building Self-Confidence

So how do you build this sense of balanced self-confidence, founded on a firm appreciation of reality?

The bad news is that there’s no quick fix, or 5-minute solution.

The good news is that building self-confidence is readily achievable, just as long as you have the focus and determination to carry things through. And what’s even better is that the things you’ll do to build self-confidence will also build success – after all, your confidence will come from real, solid achievement. No-one can take this away from you!

So here are our three steps to self-confidence, for which we’ll use the metaphor of a journey: preparing for your journey; setting out; and accelerating towards success.

I will be a great pleasure to have to you at the next workshop, "Because I'm worth it"

Remember: 23 / 9 in Barcelona ... you can't miss ... !

Have nice holidays and see you soon!
