The five most important leadership traits

Many people lose precious time trying to analyze whether leaders are born or made. From my perspective, the true leader does not pay more attention to these arguments and instead focuses on the development of leadership qualities that are necessary to achieve its objectives. Based on the five qualities that come from research on the Kouzes and Posner leadership that became the book The Leadership Challenge, I want to comment on these five leadership traits or qualities of leadership that people want in a leader. The five leadership traits / qualities of leadership are: Honest Forward-Looking Competent Inspirational Intelligent Leaders and their skill in presenting these five qualities of leadership is closely related to the desire of people to follow their example. The fact that present these characteristics does that inspire confidence in his leadership. If you are considering developing your leadership skills, it is important to expose these qualities and show these traits. Just have every feature is not enough, must be tested in a way that people perceive. People want to see that actively demonstrate leadership qualities and not just assume that you have. Not enough to be neutral. Only by avoiding incompetence samples do not inspire the same confidence that really show competition. The focus of each of these five characteristics must be what people see you do, not only the things you do not see you. Being honest is not a matter of not lying, you are taking the extra effort to show honesty.
