Self Confidence & Leadership


Good morning everyone!





Many of you have written me about the article last week. And some of you wonder why I had chosen the theme of self-esteem.



And in this blog I'm committed to further deepen it.







Personally and professionally in the areas of management, I believe that one of the secrets to personal and professional development is to maintain a healthy self-esteem. Self-confidence is the cause of the image we project. Now we project what we are inside. It’s hard but it’s true.



A healthy self-confidence can develop as people, as someone with high self-confidence will take any comments or criticism, even the non-constructive, aimed at improvement.



A person with low self-confidence will take any constructive criticism and comments still healthy and "compliments" as a threat to their personality, what it’s, or beliefs.



In the professional field, eg in the commercial team sales, the team leaders are among those who most need to work on self-confidence of members of their teams. They’re not alone, as any person who is taken as an example (parents, teachers, religious leaders, older siblings, etc..), As leader, should help improve yours.



Leaders must take into account that not all people are equal and that there are some people more sensitive than others. The words that a person will seem unimportant to others might be an insult.



A leader must take care of their own words and those of your team. But rather than be constantly vigilant that people are respectful to each other, a leader must identify those who may have problems with self-confidence and deal with these cases in a personalized way.



It's much better to develop people's sel confidence and improve relationships in general, to try to control the relations between members of teams.



When developing the self confidence of people, then get a leader teams with strong links, powerful computers and high performance core training. These links form the chain of success in business. The sales increase, decrease errors, quality triggers, but above all ... and the most important is “People are much happier”

Develop achieve self-confidence of others is one of the roles of leaders, bosses, and anyone who is in charge of a team.



True self-confidence, however, must be built by the same person. A person aspiring to wealth, success and happiness can’t be dependent on others. Self-confidence is the beginning and the key to true freedom.



Anyone wishing to find his true self to develop their own personal power to achieve all the goals it has set and to lead others.
